With over two decades of experience, he advises public and private sector organizations across Ethiopia in management consulting, finance, accounting, auditing, taxation, and organizational development. Renowned for delivering practical, results-driven solutions, he helps organizations strengthen performance, ensure compliance, and achieve sustainable growth.
Wogayehu W/Yesus
Wogayehu Woldeyesus Debana (MSc, BA, CISI, and CFI) is a highly endowed consultant, trainer, researcher and lecturer with more than 20 years of distinguished experience in business and academy. As a senior professional, he has trained and consulted thousands of clients such as commercial banks, insurance companies, government institutions, NGOs, development partners, and private sector organizations across Ethiopia. His areas of specialization primarily include International Financial Reporting Standards (IFRS), International Public Sector Accounting Standards (IPSAS), and IFRS for SMEs, Asset or Property Valuation, Business or Company Valuation, Securities Analysis and Valuation, Capital Markets, Internal Control and Audit, Fraud Investigation, Taxation, Strategic Financial Management and Institutional Capacity Building.
